This app is amazing

Alena is detailed and specific to Social anxiety. So far it’s been extremely helpful with my experience challenging my thoughts surrounding social anxiety and other issues. The app discusses exposure to combat Social anxiety and this is a tool I’ve tried before but not with guidance. Alena gives guidance on exposure and many other tools in a calming, helpful tone. I love everything about this app with my only wish being there were more tools and that you could log your anxiety experience in a journal format. Thankyou for creating an amazing app, I can tell that this app was created with passion, knowledge and kindness.

Promising!

From my firsthand experience with the app, the animations are smooth, the texts are easy to read and there’s not a huge overload of information. I’m currently in the intro section of the social anxiety module and so far my test results accurately reflect the levels of my anxiety.

Based on this, I think the app has great potential and I look forward to seeing how my thoughts surrounding my anxiety may change. It’s worthy of 5 stars, but I chose to rate it as 4 instead since I haven’t fully explored all aspects of the app.

Great, try it

I found this app really useful.
A convincing approach is used in this app, it starts by telling you facts and explaining the way your thought process works. Then it shows you how to slowly change it and also has exercises to maintain the level you reach.
If you have doubts, just use the part that you think is helpful, because the important thing is to advance even a little.
